Editorial board
Editorial board appointments are being finalised. Every member will be listed here with their current affiliation and ORCID iD once they have agreed in writing. The board is being built to be international and institutionally diverse from the first issue.
Editorial structure

| Editor-in-Chief | 1 | Sets the scientific agenda, monitors review speed and makes final decisions. |
| Associate Editors | By subject area | Handle papers in the social science and public health tracks, invite reviewers and synthesise their feedback. |
| Managing Editor | 1 | Runs the editorial office: technical checks, correspondence, timelines and production. |
| Technical and Layout Editor | 1 | Metadata, typesetting and similarity checking. |

Researchers with publications in the journal's subject areas are welcome to join the reviewer pool. Create an account and tick "Editors may contact me to review manuscripts", or write to office@nsphrs.org with your CV and areas of expertise.
